For three days in Rome, CRU convenes the definitive global gathering for the nutrient, syngas and energy-transition community. With more than 1,000 delegates from over 45 countries, the CRU Fertilizers, Fuels & Feedstocks Festival sets the global stage for the nutrient, syngas and energy-transition industries. Uniting the entire value chain — from primary feedstocks and raw materials through to fertilizers, specialty products and low-carbon fuels — it brings commercial, technical and strategic decision-makers together where the future of these interconnected sectors is being shaped.

The Festival brings together three complementary events, each representing an essential stage of a single, interconnected chain. Together, they map the journey from mine and wellhead to farm and fuel tank — spanning core process technology, commercial strategy, sustainability and the energy transition.

The first — Nitrogen+Syngas Expoconference — carries four decades of unbroken heritage as the world's most comprehensive commercial and technical stage for the ammonia, hydrogen, methanol, urea, nitric acid and syngas value chain. Under the theme Decarbonise. Diversify. Deliver, it is where operating plant data, licensor know-how and decarbonisation strategy converge — and where the transformation of ammonia, hydrogen and methanol from feedstock chemicals into marine and power fuels is engineered.

The second — Phosphates+Potash Expoconference — moves from mine to market, uniting both sides of the phosphates and potash value chain, from rock and brine through to specialty and battery-grade products. It delivers genuine commercial and technical depth in equal measure, addressing shifting trade flows, the rising battery economy, critical-mineral recovery, circularity and operator-grade reliability.

The third — and newest addition to the portfolio — the Future of Fertilizers, is a market-making forum created in partnership with Fertilizer International magazine. It tackles the fertilizer industry's biggest blocker: the absence of shared definitions, standards and credible claims. By connecting upstream innovation with downstream demand — producers, retailers, farmers, food brands, investors and standard setters — it works to define sustainable fertilizers, make the economics work, build trust through data, and unlock the capital currently sitting on the sidelines.
